An in-person open house was held on March 7, 2026, and a virtual meeting covering the same materials was held on March 10, 2026. Topics covered included:

• Draft Declarations of Purpose and Draft Vision Statements for Delta Meadows and the Locke Boarding House
• Draft Management Zones
• Draft concepts representing a range of approaches based on community, stakeholder, and Tribal input receive to date.

A Visioning Survey was an opportunity for the public to share input on key topics about the Delta Meadows Classification and General Plan. The results of the survey will:

• Provide insight into the public’s preferences for future activities and experiences at Delta Meadows and the Locke Boarding House
• Provide initial understanding of the public’s vision for the future of Delta Meadows and the Locke Boarding House
• Increase the project team’s knowledge of the population that is interested in this project.

A virtual scoping meeting was held via Zoom on Thursday, January 30, 2025 to provide additional information about the Delta Meadows Classification and General Plan EIR process and give interested parties an opportunity to comment on the scope and potential environmental effects of the project to be analyzed in the EIR.
